(Refunds/Exchanges, Shipping and Miscellaneous Policies)

RETURN POLICY (“Refunds”)

1. Any product not purchased from pwdiary.com is not eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds must be requested NO LATER than forty-eight (48) hours of the time & date of your order.  **Please make sure your item/product is eligible***
3. Pre-ordered DVDs or other pre-ordered items are not eligible for refunds.
4. Autographed Pieces are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

EXCHANGE POLICY (“Store Credit”)

1. You are not permitted to request an exchange UNLESS it is the exact product you’re exchanging. (i.e. You cannot purchase a Sgt. Slaughter shoot interview and then days later exchange it for a Nikolai Volkoff shoot interview.)  It must be the SAME item, which also includes but is not limited to action figures and other UN-signed merchandise.
2. Exchanges must be requested within and NO LATER than five (5) days of the time & date of your order.
3. Pre-ordered DVDs or other pre-ordered items are eligible for an exchange (“store credit”) or the same value, excluding any shipping costs incured (if any) by pwdiary.com to re-ship and a 15% restocking fee (if any). If the item was never shipped to you, then you will not be charged any additonal shipping or re-stocking fees.
4. Autographed Pieces are not eligible for an exchange under any circumstances.

OUR PRODUCTS @ PRO WRESTLING DIARY

1. Unsigned (non-autographed) DVDs

PWDIARY.com will not accept refunds, exchanges, or store/site credit on unsigned DVDs if the shrink wrapping and/or security seal (if any) is removed, ripped, altered or damaged.

2. Autographed DVDs

We only accept exchanges on identical un-signed DVDs, however it is at our discretion and we must be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of the time/date of your order.   

Autographed DVDs are not shrink-wrapped; therefore Pro Wrestling Diary does not accept returns or exchanges on autographed DVDs whatsoever. Before you purchase an autographed DVD, please understand that we will not accept returns nor allow exchanges. No exceptions.

3. Autographed Miscellaneous Items

In addition to the autographed DVDs, autographed miscellaneous items including, but not limited to—8x10 or 16x20 photos, action figures, belts, and especially DVDs sold by PRO WRESTLING DIARY are non-refundable -&- non-exchangeable. No exceptions!

4. General Miscellaneous

• Any toy item or action figure in its original condition will be eligible for a refund. 

• Any unopened item sold by Pro Wrestling Diary will be eligible for a refund.

• As long as your product meets the above conditions and you ship the original package, we'll refund your money, excluding the shipping charges.  

• PRO WRESTLING DIARY is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within the time frame indicated on the product page.

Several factors that influence how long it will take us to ship your order:

 1. At what point during the order process will my credit card be charged???

a. Your credit card will be charged when your order is processed.

b. If you are using Pay Pal as your payment method, funds will be withdrawn from your account as soon as you place your order.

2. The item must be in stock.  Our website indicates each product’s availability.  Please use this as an estimate as to how long it will take your item(s) to leave our warehouse.

3. Your credit card company plays a role in how quickly your order is processed.  While we will process your credit card as part of our order process, any issues with your account or provider may delay the shipment of your order.

4. Your billing and shipping addresses must be correct and verifiable with your credit card company.  If either of these addresses is not correct, this will cause a delay in your order.  Also, please be advised that having your purchase shipped to an address other than your billing address requires address verification and may also prevent your order from shipping on the same business day.

Total time for delivery is the amount of time it takes for the order processing and approval, payment authorization, and transit from the carrier.  You must take this into account when estimating when you think your order will arrive.

We at PWDIARY review every order to ensure accuracy, validity of the payment method, and that you are authorized to use the chosen method of payment.  Once your order has completed this process, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment.

If my item is damaged…
We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt, simply REFUSE the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your package(s) is damaged, you must immediately contact us within 48 hours of receipt of package. All Damaged Exchanges must be returned double boxed (manufacturers box must be inside of another box designed for shipping) accompanied by a note, explaining why the product is being returned, in the original merchandise box.  Exchanges are made for the same model only.

If my item is defective…
For the convenience of our valued customers we offer an easy to follow return policy for defective items.  Eligible defective products may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from the date your product was delivered. Defective products will be exchanged for the same model only. Defective products must be returned with the original box and packaging and with all included materials including, but not limited to, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.  The UPC label must be intact. We reserve the right to charge for all missing materials.

Free shipping                                                                                                  

If your order was shipped for free or at a promotional shipping rate, you will incur the actual "to and from" USPS charges upon returning merchandise.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages
In the event that you refuse your package, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways. If you ordered an item that has Free shipping you will be charged the full shipping amount. In addition, if your package is undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by you the purchaser or any other reason that is not the fault of pwdiary.com, the purchaser is responsible for payment of the full shipping amount.

Restocking Fees
All returns will be subject to a fifteen (15%) percent restocking fee for all non-defective opened merchandise. If the return does not include all original parts, accessories, is missing the UPC label, or is not double boxed, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the missing materials.

I haven’t received my email order confirmation.  Did my order go through?
Most email order confirmations are received almost immediately.  If you have not received your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us during regular business hours. We recommend that you add info@pwdiary.com and orders@pwdiary.com to your safe recipient’s list to ensure proper delivery of your order confirmation and further communications from us regarding your order, as some email applications may flag these as spam.

Will I be charged sales tax? 
Anything being shipped, billed and/or sold in New Jersey will be charged a sales tax, whereas anywhere outside of the state of NJ will not be charged a state tax on goods.

How long will my item take to arrive?  
Your item will be shipping from pwdiary.com’s warehouse located in Secaucus, NJ.

Most items are shipped via USPS.  You may also choose UPS as the shipping carrier, as well as from a variety of shipping options—including next day delivery, second day delivery, and ground delivery upon written request from you, the customer. Next day delivery is not available in some remote areas. To confirm its availability in your area, please contact USPS and/or UPS directly. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands may not be eligible for ground shipping and may choose either next day or second day delivery. Items shipped to remote areas may be delayed.

Please Note: This is the amount of time it will take for your purchase to reach you after it has been shipped. For example, if you choose second day delivery, you will receive your purchase 2 business days after it has been shipped.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges vary both by the product and the state it is being shipped to. We offer a variety of shipping options including next day, second day, ground, and so forth. The availability of our “FREE SHIPPING” promotion varies by product, our ebay store, and by season.  

Can I have my item shipped to a US PO Box or FPO/APO military address?  Yes. 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO Addresses
Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer--up to 21 days for APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping to a P.O. Box
Some items may be too big to ship to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address. 

Signature Requirements
Signature upon delivery may be required at our discretion for shipments of $500 or over.

Can I re-route my package?  No.  

Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?

In order to protect our customers, its best to use your billing address as the shipping destination, however if you request to use a shipping address that differs from your billing address, we do offer that. 

For enhanced security, we recommend contacting your credit card issuer and add the shipping address to your account as a secondary shipping address. This will not affect your credit card billing or your credit card account in any way.  However, it will save you any hassle.

After arranging for a damaged exchange of the same item, how long will it take to receive m new item?

We make every effort to ship inventory as quickly as possible.  We can not ship your new item, however, until the damaged item is in our possession.  From that point, you can expect your item to ship in 48-72 business hours.

What if I want to make an even exchange for the same product, but that product is no longer available?

Other than DVDs Shoots by PWDIARY, if we do not have an identical product in stock to ship of that same item, pwdiary.com reserves the right to give you an exchange on a different item of the same value, excluding any additional shipping costs that may incur.

ORDER APPROVAL POLICY

Confirmation of receipt of your order, via email, phone, or any other means, does not signify our acceptance of your order or confirmation of our offer to sell or our offer to sell at the price specified.  We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason and to cancel it at any time. In addition, we may require additional verifications or information before approving an order. Only confirmed PayPal accounts will be approved as acceptable forms of payment.

PRICING

PWDIARY.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed when an item is listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not they have been confirmed and whether or not your credit card has been charged.   If your credit card has been charged, pwdiary.com will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the purchase amount.
